12.3 bn9999 is not liable for any loss of winnings, bonus funds, or account balance resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms, including account closure for prohibited conduct.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bn9999's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
